    Therapist

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an LICSW credential in Massachusetts and Washington, as well as an LCSW in California. With over five years of experience in outpatient therapy and medical social work, I assist individuals in identifying the underlying causes of their challenges, enabling them to progress and cultivate meaningful lives and fulfilling relationships. Clients seek therapy due to their pain; they recognize that certain aspects of their lives are not functioning optimally and are prepared to confront their discomfort, address what they typically avoid, and take proactive steps towards improvement.

I believe that genuine growth occurs when we accept our true selves, trust our instincts, and approach life with curiosity and openness. My objective is to foster a supportive environment where you can reflect on your experiences, build emotional resilience, and harness your unique strengths to live more authentically and freely. I possess significant experience in providing outpatient mental health therapy and working with a diverse range of clients dealing with chronic medical and mental health challenges.

My expertise encompasses complex trauma, domestic violence, relationship difficulties, and grief counseling. I employ an eclectic, person-centered approach in my therapeutic practice, focusing on the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues, trauma, and grief. Furthermore, I am knowledgeable in various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and Traditional Talk Therapy. If you are ready to invest in your personal growth, healing and relationships, I look forward to working with you.

In addition to being a therapist, I enjoy traveling, hiking and going to the beach. I am lifetime learner committed to continued growth.

    Therapist

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with more than a decade of experience in delivering outpatient mental health therapy. I am fluent in both Spanish and English and has significant expertise in providing in-home therapy and behavioral modifications for children and adolescents who have experienced trauma. My approach involves assisting individuals in identifying the underlying causes of their challenges, enabling them to progress and cultivate meaningful lives and fulfilling relationships. Clients seek therapy due to their pain; they recognize that certain aspects of their lives are not functioning optimally and are prepared to confront their discomfort, address what they typically avoid, and take proactive steps towards improvement.

Whether dealing with distressing depression, crippling anxiety, emotional barriers to intimacy, or other detrimental relationship patterns, we will collaborate to identify the root causes, confront painful emotions, and heal past wounds that hinder progress and contribute to suffering. Throughout this journey, we will focus on enhancing self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and the capacity for deeper connections with oneself and others.

I have provided psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and children facing a range of issues, including PTSD/trauma, anxiety, depression, and cultural/sexual identity challenges. During this period, I have specialized in assisting individuals with co-occurring mental health disorders and substance use/addiction.

I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, running and playing soccer.

    Welcome! I'm glad you're here.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, anger, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and self-harming behaviors. Whether you're struggling with overwhelming emotions, relationship difficulties, or the effects of past experiences, I'm here to help you move forward with confidence and hope.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and together we'll build on your strengths while developing practical tools to overcome the obstacles keeping you from living the life you want. I tailor treatment to your unique needs using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care.

My goal isn't simply to help you manage symptoms—it's to help you better understand yourself, heal from difficult experiences, improve your relationships, and develop lasting skills that support long-term emotional wellness.

Therapy is an investment in yourself, and you deserve a therapist who will walk alongside you with compassion, authenticity, and respect. Wherever you are in your journey, I'm committed to meeting you where you are and helping you create meaningful, lasting change.

You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Healing starts with one conversation. I would be honored to support you as you take that first step toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Feeling stuck doesn't mean something is wrong with you. It simply means it's time for a different approach.

Life can become overwhelming when anxiety, ADHD, burnout, relationship challenges, or unresolved experiences begin affecting your daily life. You may look like you're holding everything together on the outside while feeling exhausted, disconnected, or constantly overthinking on the inside. Therapy can help you regain clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of control.

I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, stress, and life transitions using practical, evidence-based strategies tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, build effective tools for everyday life, and create lasting change that feels realistic and sustainable.

As a Brainspotting therapist, I also offer a powerful approach that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. Brainspotting helps access and process emotional experiences stored deep in the brain and body, making it especially effective for trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, performance blocks, and emotional overwhelm. When words alone aren't enough, Brainspotting can help unlock healing on a deeper level.

My style is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. Whether you're struggling to manage racing thoughts, improve focus, strengthen relationships, or simply feel more like yourself again, we'll work at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. If you're ready to stop surviving and start moving forward with confidence, I'd be honored to support you on that journey.

Take the first step today. Healing begins with one conversation, and you don't have to do it alone.
